The Department of Food Science and Technology primarily admits qualified students into her undergraduate program leading to the award of Bachelors of Science (BSc) degree. Postgraduate courses are also available in different areas of Food Science and Technology. Our Postgraduate programs allow students to specialise in specific fields, which enable them to eventually become authorities in such areas. The Department is well staffed and most of our Staff specialize in the various fields of Food Science and Technology. This affords the Department in the effectively training of students in her quest to producing professionals in various fields of Food Science and Technology.
