Teaching and Supervision of Undergraduate, MSc. and PhD students in Food Microbiology and Biotechnology aspects of Food Science and Technology. Two times Head of Department of Food Science and Technology. Supervision of students on SIWES programme. External Examiner to different Polytechnics and Universities in Nigeria. Reviewer for local and International Journals, Presented papers in local and International Conferences.
